I hereby confirm that all information I have provided about this contract is true, correct, and complete. I agree to process a 20% deposit charge of the contract amount to the credit card provided herein upon signing this contract. I certify that I acknowledge that I will not dispute the charge as long as there is no breach of the agreed terms.
Booking Hub Inc. will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services. We commence work on your behalf immediately upon signing this contract by negotiating, arranging, and confirming your reservations.
Any balance, including new amounts due resulting from changes to your reservation, will be charged 30 days prior to the check-in date, whichever occurs first. Failure to collect the balance after the payment deadline date may result in reservation cancellations, and cancellation fees will apply. We will use our best efforts to contact the client prior to the payment deadline date to ensure that reservations are secured.

Additional Information
In the event of a no-show or early checkout, a charge of up to 100% of the entire cost of the booking may be applied.
Note that some hotels may require a cash or credit card deposit as a guarantee. This will be returned upon departure minus any deductions incurred during the stay.

Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy
You will receive a confirmation email with the invoice and itinerary within 72 hours of signing this form. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents and reporting any errors.
Modifications or cancellations of up to 15% of the reservation total can be requested, and Booking Hub Inc. will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests. However, Booking Hub Inc. does not guarantee that such modifications or partial cancellations can be made, or that they can be made at the original contract rate.
If any reservation is modified or partially canceled more than 15 days before the check-in date, no fee will be assessed. However, any modification or partial cancellation made 15 days or closer to the check-in date will incur a charge equal to the contract price of one night’s accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees, and/or costs incurred by Booking Hub Inc. as a result of the modification.
If the entire reservation is canceled, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the total contract price. This fee is not a penalty but is considered liquidated damages to compensate Booking Hub Inc. for services performed on your behalf.
Booking Hub Inc. reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

No cancellations will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days prior to the check-in date, and Booking Hub Inc. provides no credit or refund for no-shows or early check-outs.

Payment
The remaining balance will be collected 30 days before your check-in date. You will receive a secure payment link to complete your payment.
If the due balance is not received at that time, it may result in cancellation of your entire reservation and loss of your deposit. Please ensure that your payment is made on or before the due date.
